Unlock Your Golf Potential
What if what's holding back your golf isn't what you think?

Do you truly understand what is happening — and why?
The player behind the swing
You may understand an instruction and try your best to follow it, yet your body does something different. You may feel that you have changed your swing, while the same movement keeps appearing.
You take lesson after lesson, make correction after correction, yet your improvement remains small or temporary.
What you think your body is doing and what it is actually doing may be two different things.
This is why teaching golf well requires understanding how people think, learn, feel and perceive movement.
I’ve been exploring different aspects of psychology, learning and performance for many years. This understanding has become an essential part of how I coach.
Throughout my coaching career, one of the greatest challenges has been teaching golfers to feel what their bodies are actually doing — and to become aware of their own thoughts.
Golf is, in many ways, a game of body and mind control.
Many golfers direct their attention to the wrong things when addressing the ball and throughout the swing. Others have a mistaken perception of what needs to happen and how to make it happen.
The swing is often a reflection of our thoughts, perceptions and feelings. If we only change the movement without addressing what is behind it, the change may not last.
But this does not mean every golf problem is mental.
Sometimes the answer is purely technical. Sometimes it is connected to how a player understands or perceives a movement. And sometimes several things influence each other.
The challenge is understanding how these elements are connected — and knowing which one actually matters.
Understanding is the first step
A visible mistake is often not where the problem begins.
What appears to be a mistake may actually be a compensation for something happening earlier. Changing it without understanding why it exists may create another problem instead of solving the original one.
When your thoughts are focused in the wrong place, or your perception of a movement is incorrect, you can become locked in a pattern that prevents you from achieving the swing and ball flight you want.

I begin by understanding you.
Your game. Your experience. Your way of thinking, feeling and learning. What you want to achieve. And what may be standing in your way.
Only then does it make sense to decide what needs to change — and what should remain exactly as it is.
Then — Unlocking You
I guide you on how to think, where to focus your attention, and what you need to feel.
The aim is for you to understand what you are trying to do, recognise the difference in your movement and connect that feeling with the result. You have a clearer idea of what to practise and how to move forward.
